| 10/10/06 | Motion To ammend Bylaws |
| This is an announcement that there was a motion to amend the Bylaws to State the addition of two additional members at large to the executive board of the DCRA. This will be brought up and discussed at the next meeting. |

| 9/28/06 | Enduro Results |
| The 1st ever Norway Full-Framed car and 4 - Cylider Enduro was held Saturday September 23rd. Todd Jackson from Sault St Marie making his first visit to the speedway, captured fast time in the Full frame car division, beating out local driver Mike Bubloni. There were 16 cars lined up, for the 100 lap event, with Mace Mattison jumping out to the early lead. John McDonald made his way from the back to get by Mattison for the lead, but there was no stopping Todd Jackson, as the out of town driver made his way into the lead.

| Beautiful Skies, a crowded midway, a packed grandstand, great action, champions crowned, and a solute to a Alan Yelle’s 50 years of racing… all packed into one night as the Dickinson County Fair presented Championship Night, also coinciding with Auto Value RD III due to last weeks rainout.

| 8/19/06 | Week 14 Sorny's Crane Service - Nickel Toss |
| Sorny’s Crane Service presented the 2006 Nickel Toss. After hundreds of children picked up 10,000 nickels off of the track, Dan Lindsley drove to victory in the Late Model feature, but was DQed after post race inspection. In the Super Stock feature Dave Sanicki raced to his second win of the season.

| The 6th annual Fan Appreciation night was greeted with pleasant temperatures, as hundreds of fans mingled with the Norway Speedway drivers on the track before this week’s action. Kris Kelly and Mark Bubloni took top honors in the feature events.

| 8/6/06 | 2006 State Line Challenge - presented by Boss Snow Plow & Elias Auto Parts |
| Boss Snow Plows, and Elias Auto Parts brought us the Headlining race of the Norway Speedway season, the 106 Lap State Line Challenge. Jamie Iverson was up to the challenge and drove off with the $1000 prize, while Mike Bubloni Jr. captured the checkers in the Super Stock feature.

| The latemodel and superstocks will be awarded their pay and points for qualifying and their heat races. And for the fans - Friday August 18th Sorny's Crane Service *Nickel Toss Night* all general grandstand admissions will be dropped from $8 to $5 for that evenings event. |

| 7/28/06 | Week 11 Bee 100.7 & Frog 101.5 washed away.. |
| Mother Nature, put on a spectacular lighting show, but when there is lighting there is rain. The heavens started to threaten after the heat races were finished. After trying to get the 4 cylinder features out of the way, the rain came half way though the DQ-Dog B ending the night. Next week we race on Saturday, everything is an hour earlier, but please check the schedule in the near future if you have questions.

| A huge crowd was on hand to cheer on the action as Wendricks Truss brought us week ten at the Norway Speedway. Mike Reichenberger held off Bruce White to win the Late Model Feature, and Terry Reed took advantage of a congested start to drive off with his first Super Stock Feature win of the season.

| Hot Temperatures, led to some Hot action on the track, as Bob Menor raced his way by Mike Reichenberger and race leader Dave Adams on the white flag lap to take his second feature of the year. Mike Bubloni Jr. maneuvered his way through the Super Stock feature winning his first season, on Miss Dig, Riverside Auto and Mix 106.3 night at the Norway Speedway.

| The first week in July welcomed us with warm temperatures and great action during the second round of the Auto Value Challenge Series. Jamie Iverson held of Mike Reichenberger for the Late Model win, and Tom Neely raced door to door with Mark Bubloni to win the Super Stock Feature.

| 7/1/06 | Week 7 Econo Foods Fire Cracker 40 |
| You could not have kicked off a night a racing any better, with the Red, White and Blue Flags waving as the Norway Speedway brought us the Tribute to America, highlighted by VFW Rolling Thunder and Harley Long Riders. Econo Foods brought us the Fire Cracker 40, as Bob Menor drove from the back to his first victory of the season, and Mark Bubloni became the first double winner of the Super Stock season.

| Perfect summer weather greeted the fans and drivers on Pepsi and Mountain Dew Night at the Norway Speedway. Jamie Iverson grabbed his second feature win of the season, while rookie Dave Sanicki raced his way to his first feature win

| After freezing to our seats last week, we all could of enjoyed an ice cream at the track, as hot temperatures, could not keep Adam Menor and Mark Bubloni from winning the Late Model A Feature and Super Stock A Feature on Dairy Queen of Kingsford Night.

| It was a brisk evening at the track as Iron Mountain Power Sports presented week 4 at the Norway Speedway. Jamie Iverson captured his first victory of the year, while Super Stock veteran Bob Zegner dusted off his suit and won the Super Stock A Feature subbing for Dave Sanicki.

| The first night of the Auto Value Challenger Series brought some great action Friday with a big thanks to North Honda Motorsports who co-sponsored the night and donated very nice trophies to the Feature winners. Mike Gardner took his time through the field and made his way by Bob Menor to take the Late Model Feature. While Tim Schultz Jr did whatever he had to do to keep the competitors behind him to take the Super Stock Feature.

| 5/27/06 | Week 2 Four Seasons Beer distributing and Standard Printing Night |
| After an opening Day Soaker, Mother Nature greeted us with a beautiful night of racing, which was brought to us by Four Seasons Beer Distributing and Standard Printing. One of the first highlights of the night was Kris Kelly snapping Jamie Iverson’s Fast qualifying streak of 23. Rookie driver Dave Saniki set the fast time in the Super-stock division. Slammer veteran Jim Stachowicz won the Slammer qualifying heat, while Bill Delfosse won the fast time in the DQ dog 4-cylinder division, which was held in weeks past.

| Here are some Highlights on some information that was made at last nights meeting. The Start time for our Friday Night Racing, has been moved from 7:30pm to 7:15pm. Super Stock Transponders should be mounted 23" forward of hanging rear axel on left rail, if you need any clarification please contact the board. There will be no NEW "53"'s, the only "53"'s that are allowed, must have last years brand. The only new tire is the 75. The Stateline Challenge has been set to 106 laps The times were also set for the practice days May 6th & May 13th Gates open 8am 10:00 - 10:30 - Late Models 10:30 - 11:00 - Super Stock 11:00 - 11:30 - Late Models 11:30 - 12:00 - Super Stock 12:00 - 12:30 - Slammers 12:30 - 1:00 - 4-cylinders 1:00 - 2:00 - 4 - cylinder qualifying 2:00 - 2:30 - Open Practive/qualifying |
